Cloud Computing
Cloud computing refers to the delivery of various computing services—including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and artificial intelligence—over the internet, commonly known as "the cloud." This model enables businesses and individuals to access technology resources on-demand without the need to own and maintain physical data centers or servers. By renting access to these services on a pay-as-you-go basis, organizations can benefit from faster innovation, greater flexibility, and significant cost savings. Cloud computing removes the complexities and capital expenditures traditionally associated with on-premises IT infrastructure, allowing companies to focus more on their core business objectives.
One of the key advantages of cloud computing is scalability. Platform as a Service (PaaS) takes things a step further by providing a platform for developers to build, test, and deploy applications without worrying about the underlying infrastructure. Lastly, Software as a Service (SaaS) offers complete, ready-to-use applications, such as email, CRM systems, or productivity tools, delivered via the cloud, allowing users to access them directly through a web browser.
Cloud computing has been widely adopted across industries due to its cost-efficiency, flexibility, and ability to foster innovation.
